Second maple beer rating of the night (other being Waterloo Maple Spiced Pecan Old Ale). Lightly hazy golden-yellow colour with a white cap, leaving some thick foamy lacing. After a while, some particles do drop in the beer. Maple sap aromas over maltiness and a touch of citrus. A little more maple in the flavours, but still nothing too strong. Citrus hops, mild straw malts and even apples. Kind of a wet, refreshing citrusy-maple beer. Alright.
