Brew Hub Days of Haze: Mosaic and Galaxy
In honor of the new styles added by the Brewer's Association, we decided to embrace the haze and brew a few different beers to celebrate the new innovations in American Craft Beer. This Juicy/Hazy session IPA is double dry-hopped with the Mosaic and Galaxy varieties, which gives off aroma and flavor characteristics of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, and passionfruit.
