330 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Břenovský Klášterní Pivovar beer mug an unfiltered and absolutely opaque black coloured Russian Imerial Stout with a one finger tan and creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. No carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is intense roasted malts, powerful roasted coffee beans, cocoa powder, spicy, licorice and surprising vegetables, olives. The flavour is roasted malts, powerful grainy and roasted coffee beans, dark bitter chocolate, fruity, plums and spicy, vanilla, licorice, ashes. The mouthfeel is fulled and smooth. The texture is oily. This RIS has a long roasted malts and sourish bitter coffeish finish. A quite impressive RIS from the Břevnoský Klášterní Pivovar, which is located in the Cezch capital, Praha.
