Breda XXX Royal Lager / XXX Premium Lager Beer

August 2014: Halfpint on tap at The Last Post, Guernsey, as Breda XXX Premium Lager Beer, and 500 ml can at the Fauxquets Valley Campsite, as Breda XXX Royal Lager, ABV 5%. I assume this is the same beer. Golden colour, moderate white head. Standard pilsener aroma, some malts and grain, sweetish grassy notes. Flavour notes keg: The flavour is rather bland, no obvious faults other than the hops being far too moderate. Flavour notes can: Malty and slightly alcoholic flavour, despite only 5% ABV. Moderate but noticeable hops.

A bland beer. No great taste and it has lackluster appearance. Needs to be chilled and served in a tall glass. I wouldnt recommend this brew unless required.

clear golden colour, fine head and a correct lacing; medium aromatic hoppiness in the nose; sweet and oily, heavy with a short finish - this is bad stuff

cheap stuff. lacked taste. but shares similar qualities with Stella Artois. think belgian lagers and you know what i mean. those red fonts on white cans and a fluffy head. so if you want a cheaper version of Stella, get this. but it ain't as good as Stella.
