Brewed as an experiment and launched at the Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival and the St Austell Celtic Beer Festival, 2006. The Beer was extremely well received at both events, being one of the fastest sellers. At 6.2% abv, this is lower in alcoholic strength than the traditional IPAs that were brewed to survive the trip around the Cape of Good Hope and then across the Indian subcontinent to then slake the thirst of the British Empire's workers and soldiers. However, with its strong hoppy aroma and stunning flavours, this beer is a reminder of the way things were. Look out for future limited appearences...
