Start with the perfect combination of organic barley and wheat malts; add top-fermenting ale yeast for a slightly nutty character, and finish with German and US hop varieties. That’s our recipe for the subtle complexities and extreme smoothness of traditional British Pale Ale. Cheers.

A new brewery in Saskatchewan that brews two beers. This is their English style pale ale. It pours a clean crisp clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Grass and weak hops is the aroma. The taste is well balanced between the malt and hops making for a refreshing beer.
