Tasted on tap at the 10th Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/6/2010. This Imperial IPA pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is floral and grapefruity. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and floral. Nicely balanced. Medium to high bitterness. Good carbonation. A nice over the top with the hops Imperial IPA. Ya know it sort of reminds me a little of Frank. This was the best beer I had at this year's fest. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
