    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Braustolz designed glass a clear golden-orange coloured Helles with a generous three fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety grainy malts, herbal hoppy tones and hay. The flavour is sweety malts, straw, notes of spices, chilly and a faint grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is slight crispy, fresh and smooth. This light bodied Helles has a dry malty finish. A pleasant Helles from Saxony.
