500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Braustolz Bavarian Seidel a clear, not black as the name of the beer is, but dark brown-red coloured Schwarzbier with a two fingers dense and creamy beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles... and some big one. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate roasted malts, strong fruity, plums, prunes, dark raisins. The flavour is sweety rosted malts, notes of ashes, dark fruits, plums, raisins. The mouthfeel is fresh, creamy, a bit sticky and smooth. This light to medium bodied Bier has a dry roasted malty and fruity finish. A nice Schwarzbier with an unexpected fruity direction.

Hmm.. very nice, I pours it into the glass and it smells like sweet roasted malts, rich with a hint of chocolate. It is a black beauty, colorwise. Nice little lacing, lingering head floating around like a little galaxy on the surface.
