Beer and tea. Consumption of those two beverages dates back to Antiquity. It is with great pleasure that we present a happy mixture of those two drinks, where tea, whici gives off such a pleasant aroma, is the main flavoring herb: L’Infusée, a three-tea white beer. Our Infusée always includes green tea for its powerful antioxydant properties.

500ml bottle from my local Metro store. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a nice fluffy-creamy head, good retention and lacing. Beautiful aromas of tropical fruits like mango and other citrus fruits. The yeast nicely balanced. The mouthfeel is refreshing with flavours of fresh grasses, fruitiness and the teas. Kind of like marmalade-like with hints of mints and other grassy notes. Probably one of their best beer and most original one.
