Lighter brown colour showing lots of amber highlights. The head is beige, frothy, bubbly with average retention and a mild coat on the brew. Lots of grassy hops over the roasted malts base, giving a bit of molasses and hints of nuttiness. The taste blends the roasted barley with the herbal hops. On the thinner side of a stout, so easy to drink. Kind of a light, refreshing stout.
