Bottled 2017 01 10 (so January 10th in French). Pours a clean amber colour with a big white head, both with a pink hue. Good retention and thick foamy lacing. Cherry aromas with some sweet yeast. Mild tart mouthfeel. The cherries are also well-blended in the taste with the light wheat. Gets cloudy at last pour. Nothing too sweet, just a nice refreshing fruity witbier.
