After the positive reactions of our customers toward Bellerose Biere Blonde Extra, we have brewed this special version. It has a ruby colour and undergoes generous hopping (It is Christmas !) to obtain even more surprising flavours. Completed with festive dry hopping Bellerose de Noël makes a true gift, a biere ruby EXTRA.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

750 ml, caged and corked bottle. Poured a clear deep copper - ruby-brown coloured BSA with a two fingers beige dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, spicy, licorice, cinnamom and floral hops. The flavour is toasted malts, caramel, massive candi sugar, flowery, roses and floral hops. The mouthfeel is round, sticky and sweet, the texture is more watery. This medium to full bodied BSA has a long hoppy bitter and sweety finish. The aftertaste is flowery. If not so massive sugary, could be this Bellerose de Noël even a better Ale !
