Following the tradition of our brewery, this wheat beer combines barley and wheat malt that gives this characteristic white color. A very thirst-quenching beer, light in mouth with its floral and slightly bitter taste. This white beer is particularly refreshing with acidulous and spicy notes. Previously known as Brasserie de Monaco Blanche, 4.5% ABV.

June 2016: 330 ml red bottle, as Brasserie de Monaco Blanche Tradition, from Vaaland, Bryne, thanks to gunnar. ABV is 4.7%. The bottled beers are brewed in France by Brasserie Meteor for Brasserie de Monaco. Hazy and extremely pale straw colour, moderate to low white head. Nice citrussy and wheaty aroma, notes of banana, cloves and coriander. Refreshing citrussy and wheaty flavour, medium dry and light bodied, moderate spicy notes, minimal hops.
