    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

650 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original De l'Odon stemmed and smarty glass an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Witbier with a generous one finger light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is wheat malts, biscuity, spicy, cloves and acidic fruits, citrus, mandarins, clementines. The flavour is grainy wheaty malts, corn, a bench of acidic fruits, citrus, mandarins, clementines, lemony notes and a faint touch of bitterness with floral hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling, watery and quite thin. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Witbier has a long acidic fruits finish. Very refreshing, this interesting and pleasant interpretation, brewed in Normandy, from a Witbier is unbalanced. The fruity side is clearly overwhelming the wheaty side.
