At over 100 IBU, the hoppiest beer we've ever brewed. Pretty nervy for a bunch of Midwesterners.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with big yeastie floaters and a big fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass some.

The aroma is bready malts and some fruit and floral hops.

The flavor is sweet malts with some citrus and a good sized floral, slightly resiny, hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.

    Overall, a decent bitter IPA.

Nice aromas of pine and citrus. Once poured in the glass the scent became a bit more floral with some bitterness. The beer was golden clear with nice white head that is left some ok lace. The taste starts bitter then a slight malt presence comes in, plenty of citrus, pine and some earth. The mouthfeel is medium body with good carbonation. Overall a very soild IPA that borders on IIPA territory.

Part of their fall sampler pack. Not quite as good as the 80-Acre but still a very solid IPA. Medium bitterness with plenty of piney, earthy and citrusy hops. If sold in sixers at this price, it would be a regular in my fridge.

Got this one in a sampler pack. Brewer's description is spot on... "At over 100 IBU, the hoppiest beer we've ever brewed. Pretty nervy for a bunch of mid-westerners." It translates to... This is a drinkable IPA. Not one of those west coast hop bombs that I have to sip between gulps of water. It pours straw gold with the typical Boulevard chill haze. Smells of delicious hops, but I also smell some grain here (wow what a concept... an IPA that smells like beer). Mouth feel is silky. Taste is perfect hop nirvana. Just a little grainy. Finish is hoppy bliss. Boulevard I demand that you start brewing this now!
