Not sure how much the barrels are really contributing here, but it's nice enough. Hints of wood and fruit, juniper and mellow hops. Bittersweet finish, about as expected...

A nice pale ale, but nothing overly exciting. Pleasant copper body. Crisp and moderately bitter with a solid malt presence. A touch of fruity juniper and a dry woody quality. Straightforward and solid.
