La Double blanche du lac est une bière de blé aux arômes d’orange confite offrant un nez houblonné. Unfiltered with lots of particles floating through it. Light golden-orange colour with a white head, good retention and some light creamy lace. Orange aromas with mild malt grain and honey. Some grassy hops in there. Definitely not like their regular "blanche", this one does not have the spices found in their original. Hoppier for sure. Again, orange flavours, but mild overall. Interesting brew that drinks well from the bottle.
