Juste à temps pour la saison estivale, on vous présente cette nouvelle Blanche belge ultra rafraichissante. Très légère en alcool, la levure belge offre des notes épicées qui rappellent le clou de girofle, le poivre, et la graine de coriandre. On a apporté une petite touche moderne à la bière avec l'ajout d'houblons américains et des agrumes.

Slightly unfiltered, bigger bubble carbonation, lighter golden colour with a white cap, good stay and leaving foamy lacing traces. Big orange aromas with the peel, and some juiciness, coriander notes. The taste is where is shows a touch of lower alcohol, not being as strong, but still pretty tasty. Gets hazier as it pours with some small particles floating around. Quite a nice lower alcohol witbier that still packs a punch.
