Clean amber colour with a copper hue, a frothy, somewhat creamy head that is light-beige with average stay and not much lacing, but a little ring left. Caramel malt base with cereal grain aromas and a touch of nuttiness, grassiness. The hops continue a little more into the taste, adding a fresh cutting, drying touch to the sweet malts, which go to the back. Not a bad Dunkel that is easy to drink, with enough dryness from the hops, but a lager nonetheless.
