Les amateurs de Lager et de bières de qualités seront servis. Bière entièrement naturelle, brassée à partir d’ingrédients de qualité supérieure : eau, malt pâle à deux rangs, houblon et levures de type Lager. 4,5% alc./vol. Comme toutes nos bières, la Boréale Lager est naturelle et ne contient aucun colorant ni aucun agent de conservation.

The first lager for this brewer and comes in cans. Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white head, good retention and lots of foamy lace. Smells like a Euro lager at first pour, but then the freshness disappears and grain and adjuncts appear. The taste is metallic with the grain taking over, thankfully, to linger a bit. Was expecting a better lager from this brewery. Will stick to their ales for my sessions.
