J’AIME ÊTRE DANS LE JUS. ET ÇA PARAÎT. L’Épisode où notre Maître brasseur s’est donné du trouble pour développer une bière aussi forte que rafraîchissante, et aussi houblonnée que fruitée. Le résultat : une Double New England IPA juteuse avec d’intenses saveurs de fruits exotiques. La Double Descente, c'est une bière houblonnée avec pas moins de 4 houblons tropicaux différents. Résultat : près de 100 IBU, une rafraichissante douceur et une cascade de saveurs fruitées. Clémentines, mangues, papayes et litchi se côtoient dans le même verre. Houblon: Vic Secret, Amarillo, Mosaic, Columbus

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a big frothy-creamy warm off-white head, very good retention and some creamy lacing left. A very juicy nose with oranges mostly, blended with a herbal touch of the hops. Pineapple aromas do come out to sweeten things a bit. Not overly carbonated, quite juicy of a mouthfeel. Not super dry in the finish, but not too thick as well. The alcohol is very well-hidden with more of a bite of citrus zest, then warming. Citrusy and milder than the nose. A beautiful, juicy Double NEIPA that goes down very smoothly.
