Boréale Blonde is made from a pale malt of premium, two-row barley that gives it a luminous colour and velvety flavour. Selected hops add a crisp and refreshing bitter harmony to the mellow notes.

Pours a good layer of foamy, bubbly head. Fairly carbonated, ok lacing. Pale yellowish colour, golden hue. Citrus aromas, some malts. For flavours, getting some malts, as well as a little bit of honey, grains and wheats. Has a pretty good mouthfeel. Not bad.

A very decent blonde beer. Decent apperance and aroma and seems to be a good sesssion brew. Quite sweet on the attack but alot more body than many other Canadian blonde ales

Pours a golden colour with notes of orange. Foamy semi-cream white head that dissipates quickly and leaves hardly any lace. Very light carbonation. The nose is grainy with malt and , reminds me of Steam Whistle Pilsener. Taste mildly the malt with a slight bitter aftertaste. Nice and dry mouthfeel. Much better then what I remembered, when I tried it the first time.

On tap. pale gold ale with a small white cap that dissipated too soon. weak lacing. Light aromas of sweet apple and citrus. Light mouth feel slightly tart with some malt character and moderate citus hops but it was just too thin to deliver anything distinctive. Forgetable

Bottle: Poured a gold colour ale with a small white head with limited retention. Aroma of sweet malt is quite shy. Not as much character as the rousse but still enjoyable.

Very good blonde beer, nice taste, a little sweet but not too mutch. A particulary beautiful color. Very nice beer for social, not a degustation beer, can drink a few in the evening with friends. A great vallue.
