Our latest addition to our year-round lineup. For you hop heads out there, you have to try this! This American style IPA made with rye grain tops the charts at over 85 IBU (that’s a lot of bitter!). It’s starts with floral hop notes a big malty body hinting at the underlying rye grain and finishes with a nice clean bitterness.

A bomber full of IPA goodness...a nice orange-gold pour with a light tan head. Aroma is caramel malt, spices, and citrusy hops. Flavour is weakly sweet, but perfectly balanced with hops. A great beer!

Sampled on 7/23/2010. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Large sized white foamy head, with excellent retention and long lasting lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet, floral and spicy. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. The hops are floral and earthy. Nice rye spiciness. A touch of orange and orange peel. A very nice IPA. Somewhat different tasting, it is most definitely an IPA, yet it is NOT a hop bomb. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and spicy.
