Franklin’s Crossing India Pale Ale is brewed for the hop head. We use a generous amount of malted barley to support an abundant amount of hops. After fermentation we dry hop every batch. We put 10 lbs of whole leaf Cascade hops in the fermenter and soak the hops for two weeks. The result is a beer that finishes neat and clean.
