We’ve named our new brew after Jon Piper’s older cousin - ’Henry’ who plied his shipbuilding trade from his Cockle Creek shipyardyard (Daley’s Point) between 1844 and 1854. Our new English IPA delivers a robust malt punch with caramel malt added to the munich/pale malt base.
