Yum, yum, YUM! Tried this at Block 15 the night before the big unveiling and it was absolutely incredible. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow colour. Nose hits you full on with white raspberries, lactobasilus, oak and dank sourness. Taste is similar, astringent, chewy tartness that is impossible not to enjoy. sour grapes and wood in the finish.
