The second in our series exploring how some of our favorite hop combos, in this case our hand selected Strata & Mosaic Cryo, are made even more vibrant with the help of Phantasm, made out of Sauvignon Blanc Grapes Skins from New Zealand. The aroma precursors found in Phantasm, referred to as Thiols, help us free even more pungent aromas from the hops we’re using. We’re excited for you to try our new iteration of this banger.

Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick and fairly persistent vellum head. Aroma yields zesty citrus, resiny hops, creamy fresh malt, subtle sweet tropical. Flavor gives up tangy and sweet citrus that is mainly orange with some grapefruit and tangerine, piney hops, sweet and tangy pineapple, creamy malt. Texture provides decent smooth body and peppy fizz. Live the fantasy.
