We love our DIPAs around these parts, but everyone's gotta grow up sometime Peter Pan. We used professionally unacceptable amounts of our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic & Cryo Pop from Yakima Chief, formulated specifically for use during primary fermentation to maximize biotransformation/juice extraction... that's what we in the corporate world call "synergy". Pours translucent papaya with a good frothy parchment head. Aroma provides resiny hops, zesty orange and grapefruit, creamy fresh malt, hints of mango and pineapple.
