It's Papa Scott's 60th birthday and to celebrate we decided to brew an amped-up version of our favorite father's day fog juice. Properly elevated portions of our hand-selected Mosaic, Citra and Sabro Cryo with Australian Galaxy to hit those Clarence Clemons low notes. He's so stoked, you'd think the Wolves won the lottery.

Pint can pours with a dull gold to orange like copper colored body that supports a nice near white head of foam. The aroma offers up peach, tangelo, clementine, guava and a berry like sensation. The taste delivers a blend of tangy tangelo and tangerine bumping up against smooth soft guava and mango and then a modestly tart bitter hop raspberry to grapefruit note. These flavors are all over the place yet cohesive and complimentary to each other. Into the finish a faint malt base is noticed as the equally faint alcohol. Solid sipper with well hidden ABV

Pours opaque apricot, thin ivory head. Aroma features piney hops, grapefruit, stonefruit, fresh malt. Flavor offers piney hops, sweet & zesty tangerine + grapefruit, fresh malt, hint of peach. Texture gives good body and lively fizz. Get stoked.
