“Behold the Pale Rider. His name is hops and bitterness follows him.” Or something like that. Citra, Ekuanot, and Cascade hops drive the aroma and flavor of this pale ale imparting citrus flavors of grapefruit and lime with some floral notes. Hop lovers will sing hallelujah while to the uninitiated it just may be a revelation.

Taps clear topaz with a thick beige head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma presents evergreen hops riding fresh malt and tangy citrus. Zesty flavor delivers evergreen and yet only mildly bitter hops, with grapefruit, orange and malt in attendance. Mouthfeel offers fair body and jazzy fizz. Pale beer, pale rider.
