Harriet is our Barista at the brewery, we locked her in a cupboard and forced her to make 200 espressos. Thanks to Harriet you get roasted coffee, nuts and chocolate on the nose. Extra lactose addition gives balance to the bitterness of the coffee. Thanks Harriet!
