The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste.

Mainly slight honey sweetness in the aroma with a little spice. Prickly feel, more spice than sweet in the flavor, ok but a little on the boring side. Maybe a little orange peel/citrus in there as well.

Easy to drink while spending the afternoon at the Rodeo. How does a guy in Central California get Belgian ale at a rodeo you ask? Sneak it in, of course!! Actually, I was there selling some stuff so it was easy to get some good stuff in.

This was tasty, albeit average. The beer pours out a hazy golden color with a pretty large 2 finger head. The aroma is slightly sweet with a floral touch, but very restrained. Even at the changing temps, it just didn't explode like I had hoped. Flavor is slightly bready, a touch of light fruits and a bit of earthy hops.

Bottled. Poured as a gold to orange colored ale with a large white head that quickly falled. Aroma is sweety, malty and yeasty. The mouthfeel is a hoppy dominance with hints of licorice. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.

cloudy dark orange colour, big creamy whit head; yeasty and citrusy nose, notes of orange peel; strong tartness and acidity which quite successfully hide the quite thin malt body unerneath; very dry and bitter finish with some more yeasty and fruity notes - too yeasty for my liking

Hazy dark golden with a creamy white head. Dry hay aroma, notes of yeast. Straw, wet grass, and nectarines in flavour. Smooth mouthfeel. Short yeasty aftertaste.

This Belgian Ale pours a deep orange color from a 300ml bottle. Large to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, sweet and hoppy. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. Malts are very sweet, lots of apple and pear flavors. Hops are earthy, Some cookie dough and bread malts as well. Nice carbonation. A touch sweet, but the earthy hops help balance that somewhat. But it is still a touch sweet for my tastes. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Bananas in aroma along with bitterness. Flavour is strongly hopped with minor fruity hints. Quite boring in my opinion.

The appearance was a murky yellow with a large head. The aroma was honey, lemons, and some strange detergent scent. The flavor was lemons, peaches, and vanilla. Smooth and not very complex. The mouthfeel was rather creamy. It was pretty good.
