In collaboration with 5 Branches Brewing in Tarpon R.E.D. (Remember Everyone Deployed) is a hybrid IPA blending red ale malts and hazy style hopping techniques. The result is a well-balanced IPA that highlights the both malt and hops. A combination of caramel and toasted malts bring a smooth mouthfeel, caramel and a hint of dark fruit that pairs perfectly with the fruit, floral, and spicy hops. The hops are the showcase of this IPA; Triumph, Cashmere, and Pacific Sunrise bring a complex but drinkable blend of rose, cherry, and spice. R.E.D. IPA is a great example of the unique beers the can result from brewers coming together, Cheers!
