This Imperial IPA is exclusively brewed with certified organic leaf hops from Canada’s only 2 Organic, on farm Microbreweries – Crannog Ales of Sorrento, BC, and Big Spruce Brewing. In 2013 it was brewed at each brewery, on separate dates, for limited release in growlers and select tap accounts. The Crannog Ales farm is called Left Fields, and Big Spruce’s farm is called Breton Fields. Heavily bittered with Galena hops, this IIPA is flavoured and aroma hopped with Willamette and Chinook, then dry hopped with Cascade.
