American IPA – 7-8% ABV It’s all about “humulus lupulus” this time! Loads of fruity/resiny/citrusy hop goodness and firm bitterness. We used our old friend Centennial and some newer varieties; Lemondrop, Mandarina Bavaria and Pacifica. TT9 was also double dry-hopped to give it that enticing fresh hop aroma.

I had this beer at Big Lick Brewing Company in Roanoke, VA straight out of the tap. The aroma was mildly citrus and pine. The color was a very light orange. Felt more like an American Pale than an IPA. A bit light - but otherwise very good.
