We kettle-soured another Gose in hopes of creating a Watermelon Gose. Bryan purchased some VERY expensive watermelon juice concentrate to add to the firmly soured beer. Well... the concentrate was so sweet, that most of the watermelon flavor was overpowered by a general "fruity-sweetness." We realized though that the end result reminded us of those little wrapped candies we got as kids while Trick-or-Treating.
