The Red IPA style has been around for a short while and is known for it's darker color and malty backbone (as compared to other IPA styles). It does have a firm bitterness and some "juicy" notes thanks to the Simcoe and Mosaic hops used throughout. This is a pilot batch, so please let us know what you think. Maybe it'll get it's shot at the "big leagues"? This was brewed by our Assistant Brewer Andrew Kulp with the help of Star City Brewers Guild member Chris Gray.
