This recipe is courtesy of Charlie Papazian and the last issue of Zymurgy Magazine. It's a pretty straight forward IPA, not juicy or particularly hazy as is currently en vogue. It does have two new French hops that came all the way across the pond and into your glass; Barbe Rouge and Mistral. It has a very solid malt backbone, balancing the bitterness and a nice "perfume" on the nose.
