Comes out of the tap a dark, barely transparent amber - not much head, but that coils be an artifact of the pour. Crisp aroma is malty and a little fruity, not too strong though. Flavor is better, happily, malty with fruity and subtle hoppy notes. Texture is smooth and heavy, if not very fizzy. Come through the golden gateway and enter the glorious realm of craft brews. (But if you get too "creamed," please call a cab!)
