    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a weak gushing unfiltered and unpasteurized cloudy dark brown-red coloured ale with a good one finger beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Some lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is spicy, gingerbread, honey, licorice and toasted malts. The flavour is toasted malts, spicy, honey, licorice, gingerbread, cinnamom and a chilli touch. The mouthfeel is crispy and sparkling. This medium bodied ale has a dry spicy finish. A nice spiced ale, may be too on a single way.
