Le malt de froment lui apporte sa fraîcheur, la coriandre et l'orange amère son arôme subtil. Elle vous désaltère sans vous étourdir

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Piautre stemmed glass a gushing , unfiltered and opaque amber-orange coloured Witbier with a generous three fingers slight beige fine and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. Fine floating sediments. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, spicy, cloves, coriander, orange peels and fruity, oranges. The flavour is strong spicy, cloves, coriander, orange peels, wheat malts and aciditic fruits, oranges, citrus. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fulled and quite thick. This medium to full bodied Witbier has a dry spicy finish. A strange alcoholic feeling for a only 4.0 ° ABV Witbier, tasteful and well in the Belgian way.

Bottles. Hazy yellow cfolour, not much head. Aroma is malts, sweet and acidic fruit with some sourness. Flavour is very much the same. Quite ok, but not very outstanding compared to other blanches.
