Subtle salt character caresses the organic lime juice we added to this kettle-soured wheat beer. Light and sessionable to help you cool down on a hot summer day.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Taps barely translucent honey that gets darker towards the bottom. Thin head has a parchment tone. Aroma provides tart lime and apple plus fresh malt. Flavor provides tart and slightly sweet lime plus fresh malt, salt and a bit of crisp apple. Texture gives good body and lively fizz. Maintain separation until the pandemic is over.
