This all-malt ale is brewed with pure Wisconsin honey which provides a light, but rich flavor. This special blend of wheat and barley malt that we use, along with domestic hops, continues to provide a full body and fresh hop aroma.

A pretty average beer. Light in colour, somewhat cloudy, nothing stands out. Berghoff beers are very unremarkable for the most part. This one, the Bock, and the Summer Solstice Wit are the best. This might be a good beer to add a lemon or orange slice to so you get a little pizzaz for your money. Not a bad beer but not a great beer. On a hot summer day, one of these cold would be fine but it is nothing spectacular. But you should give it a try, especially on draught.

Lots of white floaties in this one. A dark amber body. A thin white head. Aroma of sweet honey and some light bread. The taste is an artificial sweetness. A bitter aftertaste. Tastes of metal and some bubblegum. The floaters have me worried.

Not my favorite of the joseph huber brewing company products, but this was still better than most. Everything was good with this beer except it was slightly too sweet which made it not so good as it got warm, which mine did.
