Modernized hop profile for 2018. Bright copper color with a foam white head. Citrusy hop nose and light malts. Grapefruit and orange citrus flavor is balanced with modest malt profile. The back end leaves slight hop profiles , then finishes clean. Late additions of Azacca hops provide a balance of bitterness and aroma.
