Our White Ale is named after the old Queenston to Grimsby Stone Road that originally brought Loyalist and Mennonite settlers to the Twenty Valley. Today, this historical path is part of the Niagara Wine Route and known as King Street or Regional Road 81, and also where we call home. With a hazy, white appearance, and aromas of lemon peel and spice, our Belgian-style wheat beer has a dry, refreshing finish. Malts: Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt Malt, Oats Hops: Ella, Saaz Yeast: Belgian

Light golden colour, clean with a frothy white head, average stay and some foamy lacing. Wheat banana aromas with the sweetness cut by herbal grassiness, light hops. Again, a decent blend of banana and grassy hops. A nice, refreshing witbier with mild spices and citrus, herbal notes.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a massive frothy white head that sticks around for a while and leaves some thick patchy dirty lacing behind. Has a clean and clear yellowish golden appearance. Excessive carbonation. Aromas of grainy malts and wheat, some subtle yeasty notes with a bit of floral and grassy hops. Flavours are mostly citrusy and yeasty, also lots of wheat and grainy malt notes with a smidge of grass and herbal hops. Drying mouthfeel. Mild bitterness on the palate.

The beer pours a murky straw yellow colour with a thin white ring for a cap. The aroma is wheat, citrus, spices, and yeast. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat malt, coriander, salt, citrus, and yeast. It really is your run of the mill witbier!
