Gose-Style Ale Brewed with Plum, Salt & Coriander. The second of 7 beers celebrating a literary classic and one of our favorites, Leaves of Grass, by Walt Whitman. In homage to old-world agriculture, we're pairing artisan heirloom grains with plum juice to create a tart flavor profile.

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick, though not long-lasting, ivory head. Aroma delivers fresh, crisp malt plus tart and slightly sweet pomme and a hint of salt. Flavor provides tart plum (not pomme!), fresh malt and salt. Texture features good body and perky fizz. Do it in the grass.
