The pours is light yellow, slightly hazed, and capped with a thin tight white cap. Aroma is very well balanced with notes of wheat, yeast, and spice. Mouthfeel is light for a witbier, and almost too well carbonated. Flavor is as well balanced as the aroma. Another outstanding beer by Bell's.
