Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Comes out of the cask a dark, coppery honey that is hazy to the point of barely translucent. Aroma is strongly hoppy like a good IPA, with hints of malt and fruit. Flavor is hoppy and fruity, with notes of hay and greenwood but scarce bitterness. Texture is fizzy, if rather thin. A good way to celebrate any centennial.
