it's a amber beer with red and gold colors, a fine foam creamy with a beige color.the odor like barley smoke and caramel. in mouth it' less significat "smoky (rosty) and sweety", and that's all.

500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Becher-Bräu Bavarian Seidel a clear oak-burgundy coloured Dunkel with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is heavy roasted malts, caramel and brown sugar. The flavour is heavy sweety roasted malts, spicy, licorice and dried fruits, walnuts, notes of ashes. The mouthfeel is a bit oily and sticky. This medium bodied Dunkel has a dry sweety finish. Too sweet for me !
